How to use:
1. Press botton "ON/INC" to turn on;
2. Press botton "PROGRAM" to adjust the modes;
3. Press botton "ON/INC" to increase the intensity and press botton "OFF/DEC" to decrease the intensity;
Pay Attention:
1. If you can not feel any thing please try to press botton "ON/INC" to increase the intensity. Because when the intensity at a low intensity or when you change to other mode maybe you can not feel any thing but acutally it is working;
2. The low frequency is suitable to 12 minuts one time and 2~3 times a day, if using it a long time or feel harder with impetus, then you will feel tired at monent;
3. It's able to avoid 30 minutes after dinner, and favour to do after shower or warm washing;
4. Please use water to clean the gel pad and let it dry naturally when the gel pad becomes dirty and not sticky;
